The sleek and relatively refined middle weight flavors contrast somewhat with the youthfully austere and mildly rustic finale that exhibits slightly better depth and persistence on the more structured finale. This is quite a good Nuits villages and worth a look.

Appealingly spiced aromas of plum, dark raspberry and lavender give way to round, delicious and very intense medium-bodied flavors exude evident minerality on the linear, youthfully austere and linear finale. This beauty is also going to need at least some time to flesh out and add depth, but I like the potential.
