A VINEYARD IN THE HEART OF PIEDMONT CÉVENOL Located 50 kilometres from Montpellier and Nîmes, between Anduze and Uzès, the estate takes its name from the initials of the expression  Hic et Nunc,  Ici et Now in Latin.

Nestled in the heart of Cévennes Piedmont, the vineyard benefits from an exceptional environment that is both preserved and natural in which the vines coexist with nearly two hundred olive trees and twenty hectares of forests. 

 

Les Terres d'Hachene, IGP Cevennes Zenite, 2018

Nestled in the heart of the Cévennes foothills, the Domaine Terres d'Hachène is located between Anduze and Uzès, surrounded by olive trees and oak forests. It is made up of fourteen hectares of organic vines taken over by a new team.

The wines produced by Jérôme Pepin, an enthusiastic oenologist, have become more elegant and pleasant. Through its different cuvées, Levant and Zénite, it best expresses its terroir, the Cévennes, in opposing styles.

The color is dark ruby ​​red. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit, blackcurrant, mocha, spices. On the palate, flavors of ripe fruit, roasting and dark chocolate. A wine full of flavors.

Ageing potential: Drink now or store until 2023. Carafe before serving.

Culinary Recommendation: To serve 16 C - 18 C. Good match with Grilled meats, Lapereau casserole with prunes.

Les Terres d'Hachene, Duche d'Uzes Levant, 2017

The renewal of Domaine Terres d'Hachène in Cévennes wine. Nestled in the heart of the Cévennes foothills, the Domaine Terres d'Hachène is located between Anduze and Uzès, surrounded by olive trees and oak forests. 

It is made up of fourteen hectares of organic vines taken over by a new team. The wines produced by Jérôme Pepin, an enthusiastic oenologist, have become more elegant and pleasant. Through its different cuvées, Levant and Zénite, it best expresses its terroir, the Cévennes, in opposing styles. From 2017, all vintages are certified in Organic Agriculture.

This blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre combines the freshness and generosity of the fruit in order to create a well-balanced wine with velvety tannins and a full-bodied finish.

Deep red robe with ruby highlights. Quite powerful nose with aromas of spices, red berries and tobacco. Flavors of ripe fruit, roasting and dark chocolate on the palate. A wine full of flavors.

Ageing potential: Drink now or store until 2023. Carafe before serving.

Culinary Recommendation: To serve 16 C - 18 C. Good match with grilled meats. Braised Beef Cheek with Carrots.

Les Terres d'Hachene, Duche d'Uzes Cerris, 2017

Generous wine on the nose and palate, CERRIS is an aromatic and elegant wine, made from Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. This blend offers velvety tannins and a pleasant depth.

After a manual harvest and a traditional vinification, the wine is matured during twelve months in old barrels in order to make the best of this creative yet generous blend between these three Mediterranean grape varieties.

A blend of mainly Syrah and Grenache, CERRIS is a generous cuvée on the nose and on the palate, both aromatic, pure and elegant with silky tannins and a pleasant depth.

Ageing potential: 5 to 10 years

Culinary Recommendation: To serve 16 C - 18 C. Good match with Red meat

Les Terres d'Hachene, IGP Cevennes Ilex, 2016

From the Les Grands Chênes range, this cuvée pays homage to Ilex, the holm oak, a tree deeply rooted in the land of the estate as well as in the Cévennes.

Beautiful sustained dress with garnet reflections. Aromas of blackberry and earth after the rain. Notes of blueberry and sweet spices.Fresh with relief, on the same aromatic framework.

Ageing potential: Wine for laying down, from seven to ten years old.

Culinary Recommendation: To serve 16 C - 18 C. Good match with
