WINE TYPE: Red
Nestled in the heart of the Cévennes foothills, the Domaine Terres d'Hachène is located between Anduze and Uzès, surrounded by olive trees and oak forests. It is made up of fourteen hectares of organic vines taken over by a new team.
The wines produced by Jérôme Pepin, an enthusiastic oenologist, have become more elegant and pleasant. Through its different cuvées, Levant and Zénite, it best expresses its terroir, the Cévennes, in opposing styles.
The color is dark ruby red. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit, blackcurrant, mocha, spices. On the palate, flavors of ripe fruit, roasting and dark chocolate. A wine full of flavors.
Ageing potential: Drink now or store until 2023. Carafe before serving.
Culinary Recommendation: To serve 16 C - 18 C. Good match with Grilled meats, Lapereau casserole with prunes.
