Domaine Eyguestre, Cotes du Rhone Villages Seguret Le Maupas Blanc, 2018
This Cotes Du Rhône Village Seguret 2018 from Domaine Eyguestre is a nice balanced white with a nice freshness and length. This wine is made by Laurent Bellion on his small estate created by his great-grandfather, nestled in the high scrubland. This wine is very nice with an aperitif. It will also go well with a slab of roasted salmon with orange and tagliatelle
The color is pale yellow with green reflections. The nose presents a very floral wine on the violet. The palate is round which takes you on fat, on a whole range of aromas: apricot, vine peach and fresh almonds. These aromas, associated with balanced acidity, leave you a freshness and a length which coats you the palate.
Culinary Recommendation: To serve 8 C - 10 C. Good match with an aperitif for its fruity side. It will also go well with a slab of roasted salmon with orange and tagliatelle.
