Nestled in the heart of the Mâconnais in Fuissé, winemaker Sophie Cinier inherited her grandfather’s vines and established a boutique micro-domaine dedicated to producing elegant, low-yield, handcrafted Burgundian Chardonnays.

Sophie Cinier took over her family's historic vineyard parcels in 2000. Operating on just under 3 hectares, her micro-domaine allows for meticulous hand-crafting at every stage of viticulture.

Handcrafted Precision & Low Yields
Practicing natural and sustainable vineyard care, Sophie strictly limits yields to concentrate fruit intensity. Grapes are entirely hand-harvested at optimal ripeness from old vines.
BARREL AGED
Gentle Pressing & Native Barrel Fermentation
Fermentations take place slowly in French oak barrels using wild yeasts, followed by 12 to 18 months of maturation on fine lees, giving the wines subtle toasted hazelnut, vanilla, and creamy texture.
