Fontenay-près-Chablis Family Heritage
The Vrignaud family has grown vines in Fontenay-près-Chablis for five generations. Guillaume joined his father in 1999, convincing him to build a cellar and bottle their own estate fruit, expanding to 28 hectares today.

In 2009, Guillaume committed the entire domaine to certified organic farming. Plowing the soils and eliminating chemicals allows indigenous yeasts to reflect pure fruit expression and crisp natural acidity.
