Dark purple colour with violet reflections
Wonderful blend of aromas: floral notes like cornflower, vegetable notes like cooked red pepper and fruity notes like blackberry and blackcurrant assemble harmoniously. The grilled vanilla aromas add an extra layer of flavours. Even more aromatic when it’s let to breathe!
Strong attack with tannins and pervasive smokiness. The finish is long with flavours of black fruits and toasted bread. A true delight that can be aged for a long time!
