WINE TYPE: Red
Beautiful bright violet colour with garnet glints. The bouquet is not very intense but reveals lightly spicy (vanilla) wild fruits notes. The palate is tender, supple and round with well-integrated tannins and a good fruity length. Very fresh wine.
Serve with rack of lamb, roasted veal or beef tenderloin flavoured with garlic and persil butter. This wine will enhance a good selection of cheeses or dry sausages.
