But what the 2016 vintage has is just more of everything, deeper fruit profile, richer tannic structure, riper balancing acidity. A hint of toasted oak on the nose, with balanced acidity and freshness. The core is all cassis and rich plum, a touch of florality and then a deep draft of dark chocolate.
