Vignobles Vellas Bad Angel Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 $36 (UP $42)
Beware and be surprised by the Bad Angel cuvée. This Cabernet Sauvignon, harvested at full maturity and traditionally vinified, will captivate you, not by its label, but by its complex aromas, mixing ripe black fruits, spicy notes, vanilla and cocoa. An exceptional mouthfeel, just like its production, powerful and intensely aromatic. A charming encounter that will perfectly accompany a fine piece of grilled meat and mature cheese!
Vignobles Vellas Nice Angel Merlot 2021 $36 (UP $42)
Unlike its sibling, 'Bad Angel', Nice Angel has a more rounded, smooth profile on tasting. A 100% red wine, harvested at full ripeness and grown on the Languedoc slopes, it has been made using the traditional winemaking method - a meticulous effort. On opening, the wine has a deep purple colour to charm us with a nose of complex spices, red and black fruits. The palate is exceptional, generous, powerful and silky smooth, winning us over from start to finish. Nice Angel is simply put the wine for pleasure, as much for its price as for its aromatic profile!
Vignobles Vellas Naughty Angel Viognier 2022 $36 (UP $42)
Very good Viognier with an exceptionally light yellow colour in the aroma and taste of ripe citrus fruit in the background apple pear melon notes of earthy spicy yeasty vegetal floral. Viognier is well-balanced with high acidity, dry, crisp mineral with a long citrus finish. Good solo wine.

This smooth & soft red wine is perfect for giving as a gift, both in terms of appearance and taste. Perfectly in the middle in terms of intensity. Heavy enough for lovers of full-bodied wines and light enough if you like light and fruity.
Vignobles Vellas Baronie de Castries 1565 Rouge Vieux 2021 $49.90 (UP $68)
The elegant aroma of the wine contains deep notes of ripe red berries, hints of chocolate, prunes, smoke, soft spices and vanilla. The taste of the wine is smooth, soft, voluminous, with good structure and balance, intense and fruity. In the thin, long aftertaste, notes of dried herbs, berries, chocolate and vanilla are clearly visible.

An intense purple color. A complex nose of black fruits, blackcurrant, small red fruits and spices. An exceptional, delicious, concentrated and fruity palate.
