A powerful 2015 vintage from Grenache and Syrah with a protected designation of origin Appellation Origine Protegée (AOP) du Vivarais. It smells of vanilla and develops aromas of ripe fruit such as black currant and cherry. Rich in ripe tannins, therefore very round and soft in taste. This wine is traditionally made with 18 months in barrel.
A perfect companion for beef or lamb dishes and with cheese.
