Sommelier's Notes

An intense and complex nose, that comes with citrus notes, honey, ripe fruits such as quince, peach and mango. Full, generous on a good balance, the mouth is prolonged with excellent persistence, in a very charming style. The ripe fruits aromas enliven an astonishing last note of freshness.

Age of the vine: 25 years

Ageing potential: 15 years

Culinary Recommendation: To serve 16 C - 18 C. Good match with fois gras (perfect match!) and at dessert with pies or fruits salads.
