Sommelier's Notes

A dry wine made of 3 grape varieties: Riesling, Pinot Gris, Sylvaner from Frauenberg, a locality situated in our Grand Cru Frankstein, not-claimed because of Sylvaner.

This original cuvée is raised on fine lees partly in demi-muid for 9 months with no added sulphite natural wine.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif, and during a meal where the use of dry white wine is a must, with the most various dishes white meats, fishes, cheeses, salads, charcuterie.

Freshness, purity and minerality with a nice roundness, this wine is quite versatile and will happily accompany white meat, fish, cheese, salad and cold meats.

Age of the vine: 10 years

Ageing potential: Can be kept 10 years.

Culinary Recommendation: To serve 12-14 C. Good match with white meat, fish, cheese, salad and cold meats.
