Maison Chanson
Founded in 1750 and owned by Bollinger since 1999, this classic Beaune house has now fully found its mark and style. It competes with the best thanks to precise and pure wines, in white and red. A state-of-the-art winery and Jean-Pierre Confuron's advice, both in the vineyard and in the winemaking, explain the clarity of expression of the wide range of the estate. A new director, Vincent Avenel, took over the reins of the house, succeeding Gilles de Courcel who was responsible for its revitalization.
