Chateau Tour de Goupin is situated upon two distinct terroirs within Bordeaux: one of clay-limestone and clay-gravel ground, and one of clay and limestone and acidic ground. The appellation benefits from the unique hydrological benefit of being occupied by two major rivers, the Dordogne and the Garonne, and the Gironde Estuary into which they flow. These waterways not only supply ample irrigation for cultivating wines, but have enriched the soil with minerals for tens of thousands of years.
Vines at Chateau Tour de Goupin are cultivated using traditional breeding and pruning methods, and the soil is ploughed every other year to maintain natural ground cover.
The estate is around 50 acres in size and produces 100,000 bottles per year.
The Château Tour De Goupin 2019 white obtained the score of 1 star from the Hachette Guide, which corresponds to a very successful wine. This wine was noted in the 2021 edition of the Guide Hachette Vins.

This 2020 vintage is aged in vats and should be tasted preferably between 2021 - 2024.
This organic wine shows a bright, lively aromas and flavors of lemon zest and fresh citrus with notes of peach blossoms and wild herbs. Sauvignon is aromatic and adds freshness, whereas Semillon brings balance, richness and fruits to the blend. this is a wine that’s great to drink by itself or as an aperitif.
This wine will go perfectly with: Aperitif / Seafood, shellfish / Fish.
