Chateau Les Pins de Bossuet is an extraordinary Bordeaux Supérieur produced in Pomerol and Saint Emilion.
Vineyard: 9 hectares located at an altitude of 70 meters, with southwest exposure, it benefits from an oceanic climate. The vineyard here is unique and special, made only from gravel. The vineyard has an average age of 30 years, planted with 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc. No chemical herbicides are used in the vineyard as it is regularly tilled. Finally, to maintain wine quality, harvesting is done entirely by hand.
Chateau Les Pins de Bossuet French red wine bottling is made in the cellar located in the heart of Pomerol. After about three weeks of maceration in stainless steel vats, maceration is traditional. Aging in barrels (20% renewal per year) for 15 months and racking every three months. Before bottling at the facility, people lightly beat the egg whites.
