Return & Refund Policy

At WALA, we take pride in the premium quality of our wine and spirits. Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict quality control standards, our return policy is as follows:
1. Damaged or Defective Goods
Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. If you receive a bottle that is broken or visibly damaged, please:
- Notify our delivery partner on the spot, or
- Contact us at contact@walaclub.sg or call us at 86857809 within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for the damaged items at no additional cost to you.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong vintage or SKU), please keep the bottle unopened and the seal intact. We will exchange it for the correct item promptly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the provenance and storage integrity of our collection, we cannot accept returns for:
- Bottles that have been opened, chilled, or have damaged foils/labels.
- Change of mind after the delivery has been accepted.
- Items purchased during clearance or flash sale promotions.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow 1-3 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
