The vineyard of 20 ha extends over 2 large soils typical of the region of Chenonceaux. And to guarantee the sustainability of the the practices, the vines are grown according to the Terra Vitis production charter. The vines are grassed all year long and each of the intervention comes from a careful observation of the vineyards. The vineyard do not use insecticide and anti-rot and they regularly analyse the grapes to guarantee the total absence of treatment residues in all the wines.
AOP Touraine Sauvignon 2018
Fruity white wine. Intense notes of peach, citrus and honeysuckle. Expressive and frank mouth with a long, aromatic finish.
Age of the vine : 5-20 years
Aging potential : Ideal in its youth. Possible aging from 2 to 3 years.
Culinary Recommendation : To serve between 9 ° -11 ° as an aperitif, with cold or hot starters (quiches, salads, charcuterie), seafood, grilled fish or goat cheeses.
