Freshly flexible and fruity wines with an asserted character, and a good persistence. Classic vinification in tanks with thermoregulation after pneumatic pressing. Fermentation followed every day for keeping the good balance. Stocking in cold temperature.
The Vouvray sec of Philippe Brisebarre is distinguished by aromas of lemon and quince, a mouth both ample, round, fruity and deliciously fresh, mineral. A fine example of Chenin with preserved fruit and freshness.
Age of the vine: 35 years
Aging Potential: 20-50 years
Culinary Recommendation: To serve at 10° C. Good match with all the entries, the fish and the seafoods, rather cooked.
