This sparkling rosé wine is obtained by gently pressing red grapes and brief contact with the skin at a controlled temperature. In this way, the peel only gives part of its color to the grape juice.
The color is antique pink, with a subtle and persistent bubble, an intense aroma, with fruity notes of peach and wild strawberry, and notes of fresh brioche bread. The taste is velvety, full and tasty.
Culinary Recommendation: To serve 12 C. Good match with fish dishes, meat products, but also with tasty meat, sauces and cheeses.
