Tristan Petit, sommelier at Restaurant Les Sens (truffle specialist in Puylaroque - 82), and former member of Maison Rostand in Paris (2 Michelin stars): “The nose is fresh, lively, and fruity on currant, blackcurrant, prunes. and cherry. The floral is more oriented towards the violet. The palate is delicious and fresh, with red fruits. Scents of peppers and iris come together for the finale. Yum ! Which continues on eucalyptus. Spring in the bottle. "

Rated 86/100 by Andreas Larsson, best sommelier in the world 2007, creator of Tasted 100% Blind: “Deep purple color. Young and fresh nose, offering crushed berries with hints of sweet spices. Supple and silky on the palate, with a light extraction, fresh and cheerful fruit with a rounded finish. "

Eric Fabre, wine merchant sommelier at Atrium Vigouroux (Cahors - 46): “Raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, all both fresh and cooked, with an iodized, spicy, violet side and a touch of pepper. Character but counterbalanced by a terribly flirtatious side. In mouth, it’s consistent. A wine that remains powerful all the same, but the vinification gives it an undeniable charm. Silky and structured, a finish on fresh fruit that coats the mucous membranes, and which irresistibly calls for a second glass. "
