The wines are AOP Côtes du Vivarais and IGP Ardèche with a personality closely linked to that of the Ardèche
terroir.
The winemakers are interested in promoting the Rhône Valley grape varieties using sustainable viticulture and mechanical harvesting with aging in oak barrel and traditional corks.
Grenache and Syrah blended for Côtes du Vivarais.
Viognier, which we re-established in our region at the end of the 80s, which fully expresses its typicity.
