The color is limpid and pale gold in color. The nose is intense, with notes of white flowers and flint. As for the mouth, it reveals a nice tasty texture that is at once fat, fleshy and fruity.
Culinary Recommendation: To serve 11 C - 14 C. Good match with smoked salmon quiche, fried fish, a good country pâté, a fish foil, roast veal and small goat cheeses.
