Sommelier's Notes

Garoloup Danse Avec Les Loups has a light straw color with buttercup reflections. The aroma is dominated by nuances of white-fleshed fruits, peaches, citrus fruits with unobtrusive notes of vanilla. The taste is very lively and rich, with a long aftertaste.

Winery:  The vineyards belong to the large  wine company Vignobles Vellas. It is a family history that  began in 1929, with the current owner's great-grandfather, Nicolas Vellas, in the  heart of Occitanie. His wines make you dream, transport your thoughts to  the vineyard and immerse yourself in the past: imagine the moments of buds breaking  in early spring, flowering and ripening of grapes. Respect for the land and the environment  are the priorities of the company, which owns 13  estates in different regions of France. The Vignobles Vellas range is also  complemented by strong partnerships with winegrowers in Languedoc,  the South-West, the Rhône Valley and Provence, thus offering all the terroirs of the south of France.

The company's motto is the pursuit of excellence, authenticity and innovation.

Domaine Garoloup is located in Sainte-Croix-de-Quintillargues and Clarets, where AOP Pic Saint-Loup and AOP Languedoc wines are produced.

The grapes are grown in the continental climate of the Larzac foothills, which mixes with the Mediterranean, on clay-limestone and marl soils.

These soils, surrounded by limestone cliffs and with optimal exposure to sun and light winds, produce rich, concentrated wines with elegant notes of ripe fruit.

The Garoloup line represents perfection at its finest.

Gastronomic pairings: perfect with fish paillard, seafood or as an aperitif with friends
