Sommelier's Notes

Dry and mineral with a beautiful delicacy around citrus notes ending on a touch of palatability typical of the terroir. Riesling, that is a perfect match with the most delicate dishes, has no equivalent when combined with fishes, shellfishes, seafood and of course sauerkraut.
