Denis Dubourdieu's Clos Floridène Graves Rouge is born in vineyards located in Pujols-sur-Ciron, in the heart of the AOC Graves, in the famous Bordeaux wine region.
It is mainly produced with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 30 ° C, for 20-25 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 12 months in partially new French oak barrels, before being bottled.
Clos Floridène is characterized by a bright ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant hints of black currant and wild strawberry, enriched with notes of mint, licorice and smoke. On the palate it is powerful, fresh and fruity, with silky tannins.
