In the mouth, la Banditella is bright and fruity, quite structured and with a long and sapid finish.
Culinary Recommendation: To serve at 16-18 °C. Good match with Dark Meat, Dark Poultry, Grilled of any Kind, Cheese well matured and Mild wild Dishes
