Bright and fruity Sangiovese with herbal, redcurrant freshness and a fine structure leading to a long finish shaped by almost two years in large Slavonian oak casks. El Grasso is a fresh and yet opulent wine which follows the notes of a Jazz concert. On the nose it has hints of a Mediterranean grove: cherry and red fruit accompany alfalfa and mint notes. This wine culminates in a high and sweet finish.
Culinary Recommendation: To serve at 16-18 °C. Good match with Dark Meat, Dark Poultry, Grilled of any Kind, Cheese well matured and Mild wild Dishes
