This cool-climate Shiraz is full and deep in colour and loaded with enticing aromatics of red fruit, berries, gentle spice, and hints of toffee apple. Palate is rich and beautifully smooth with layers of red fruits, blackcurrants, warm spices and toffee. The tannins are ripe and fine, and perfectly wrap around the juicy acidity, with a long, dry and smooth finish. Match this wine to a rare, pan-seared sirloin, crispy grilled lamb cutlets or a rich beef stew. Age till 2030.
