This wonderful marriage of our Estate Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinotage, expresses aromas of cassis, dark plums and herbs intertwined with a rich mouthfeel of ripe fruit, pepper spice and supple polished tannins. It was chosen to blend the 2015 and 2016 vintages in order to achieve even better quality for this range.
Ageing Potential: Enjoy right now or age up to 5-7 years. Bottled with a natural agglomerated cork in order to ensure a flawless ageing capacity.
Culinary Recommendation: To serve 16 C - 18 C. Good match with a steak grilled to perfection or lamb chops hot off the coals.
