There are places where wine is the lifeblood.
The Château Deyrem-Valentin in Margaux is such a place.
The home of great vintages classed as “Grands crus”, this estate dates back to 1730. Just like his great grandfather, his grandfather and his father, the current owner Jean Sorge carries on the tradition in total intimacy with Sylvie and Christelle, his two daughters.
With the terroir, the vines and the storehouse, they combine tradition and innovation to offer the very best quality to lovers of wine of the Margaux variety.

In 1928, the estate is bought by Monsieur Maurice Blanc, the grandfather of Monsieur Jean Sorge, the current owner who, alongside his daughters, cultivates the 13 hectares in Margaux.
In 1999 Jean Sorge entrusts his daughter Christelle, on her return to the estate, with oenology (technical direction) while his daughter Sylvie takes on administration and management and by 2006 the vineyard expands by 1.5 hectares of Haut Médoc in 2001 with 1 additional hectare in 2006
