WINE TYPE: Rosé

Sommelier's Notes

A refreshing rose wine from a selection classic Barossa red grape varieties

WINEMAKING

By combining both traditional and modern winemaking techniques we are able to make handcrafted wines of complexity, depth and intensity.

The grapes were destemmed and pressed after only several hours maceration on skins before cool fermentation in stainless steel, giving the wine its subtle salmon-pink colour and crisp flavours.

92 POINTS

Review by: Sam Kim, Wine OrbitElegant and delicately lifted, the bouquet shows sweet raspberry, watermelon, nectarine and floral aromas, followed by a light and refreshing palate that's instantly appealing and lingering. Charming and highly enjoyable. At its best: now to 2021.
