Selected hillside vineyards, at 200 and 250 mt, in Valpolicella area, planted in calcareous soils. Selected grapes, handly harvested. Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Deep ruby red. Vinous, delicate, fruity bouquet. Dry, harmonious, soft with a bitter aftertaste.
Recommended drinking temperature 16-17 °C. Classic red wine, ideal with pasta dishes, cheeses and game.
