WINE TYPE: Sparkling
The nose is very fragrant, with notes of warm pear, almond and apricot. The attack in the mouth is unctuous and develops a lot of roundness on notes of quince jam with a touch of blueberries. The finish is creamy with notes of warm butter and candied orange. It is a generous wine to drink at any time and to accompany your fresh cheeses.
